They are probably using Clearbit Reveal.
a
there are a couple of ways to do this. one of the ways is to simply link your cookies from your signed in account to your non-signed in user, which is how they must've identified you. the other way is to use a reverse IP lookup service like clearbit reveal to find out who you might be and then doing a cold outbound on them
t
They have my personal data already and it is probably tagged to my IP or a cookie. I am curious about how do they track specific events like add to cart, visit to a product page and bubble my information to the sales folks to reach me while I am deciding? For example, if you have an account with nobroker and visit their movers and packers page, they will call you within minutes.
a
they simply link product usage analytics to your cookie and store this information as events in their marketing automation platform. on top of this platform, they will create certain workflows, eg: if returning visitor & user is signed in & user = high value, send email with x content
t
Interesting, so I can make this happen by creating a workflow to alert the lead owner when a product usage goal is met. Gotta give it a shot, thanks @Aniruddh Jain I have only seen this on b2c apps, so was wondering if this can be effective for converting free tier users to paying customers in a b2b setting.

Website pixel gives them your name and IP which they could have cross referenced across LinkedIn and Truecaller.
