Hey Sanket, by company names, do you mean the associated company field for a contact in HS? And is company object in HS syncing to SF account object?
s
Yes and yes!
s
As the prospect adds their personal email IDs, that doesn't get associated with any company and hence the company doesn't get synced to SF. The other company field where you have company values from the user does not get mapped to SF account object. I don't think we can associate contact to a company via a workflow. That's the problem. It's not a sync issue per se. Have you considered using the HubSpot API to associate records on such contact creation? You can look at creating multiple associations between CRM objects API.
s
Agree on it not being a sync issue. And how can we use hubspot api for this, i mean is there a way to limit or tell hubspot api to work on just certain contacts and not others?
s
You can use webhooks to do this. If you are using ops hub, these contacts can be enrolled in a workflow and a webhook can be called there. Or using tools like Zapier to call webhook when a new contact joins an active list ( filtered on LinkedIn leads ).

Can you enrich the email id for sync ?
s
No, not with the current setup.

I think this can be solved if you are picking the record from Hubspot and SF, and then stitching them and visualizing them in a seperate dashboard
eg: At Factors.ai, we pick both of them seperately and are able to stitch. Here the focus is on making sure all fields are there on SF
