Great questions. 1) Marketing (Campaign Metrics) - Ad + Analytics everyday 2) Optimize campaigns (Weekly to bi-weekly) based on 'Level 1' qualification criteria. Eg. MQL. Provided you accumulate sufficient events > 100 per week, you could even try optimizing for SQLs (Though I haven't had great success) on Google. Push channels can have a longer horizon optimization cycle Eg. 14 day, 28 day 3) Weekly goal tracking (MOM and YOY) against monthly/quarterly goals is a great tactic to get the entire team on the same page. I do this consistently. 4) Yes. Especially if you are optimizing campaigns at a keyword/comm angle level. Earlier you start, the better. Machine learning campaigns (Auto bid strategies) can really throw your budget off, if you aren't keeping an eye on this closely.

Thanks @Deepan Siddhu. 1. Where do you currently look at the campaign metrics , SQLs and goals ? 2. Where do you collaborate ( email or Slack) with the team ?
d
1. HubSpot. For goals, good old excel. 2. Basecamp + Gmeet (if we are dealing with a lot of data/next steps). Don't remember the last time I sent an internal email 😄

Thanks. The reason I was asking is, with Factors.ai we are trying to surface up alerts, insights and key metrics via Slack and Email as well. Similar to Troops.ai for sales, but for all the marketing metrics. 1. One worry is signal to noise. How many alerts is signal versus noise. Should things be weekly, daily or real time. 2. What is the Action post an alert from the marketer. Do you investigate or discuss or change anything ? 3. Would the alerts coming to your system of communication (Slack) make it more easier for you to Action/be on top of things 4. Finally, will you pay for it ?

Depends on the volume. We deal with large amount of inbound leads (Upwards of 10K a month). Too many alerts is too much noise again. What would be ideal is to dashboard view (Sent as alert) with metrics we really care about.

thanks for the feeback.
The key agenda is to drive better marketing collaboration around campaigns, MQLs, data . While in Sales tools like https://www.gorattle.com/about and Troops.ai work on SF to Slack collaboration, deal rooms etc., trying to find what is the collaboration usecase in marketing. Any insights would be great
