It would vary industry-wise and region-wise. For our campaigns (high intent keywords), we have observed conversion rates to be between 15-20% for the search campaigns for B2B SaaS targeting US & UK
PS: Industry-standard anything above 5% is considered to be good

Depends on what you consider as a conversion. Is it just their work email (signup) or booking a call with your sales rep?
