Problem is in your audience-value prop fit. What you need to do is to run a survey on your landing page and ask why they aren't signing up instead of playing the guessing game. Alternatively run a focused UX study with UserTesting.com

You can also check this with wynter.com
And also give it some time don't do regular changes on a daily basis. If you are doing more than 30% changes to the campaign it'll go back to learning phase again.
I guess you have atleast got 100 unique page views/page for all your plans.

Considering it's an app built for Slack & MSTeams users, Google search is not the right channel (If there is no search volume). You could probably try DSA but I doubt you will have success. A better approach would be to identify the companies using Slack (Using Builtwith & the likes), layer ICP filters and then run LinkedIn/ABM/Cold Email campaigns for better success. Focus on running comarketing campaigns with them (They would be open to do it) & improve your presence on their marketplaces (Better descriptions, offers and images)

Adding to Deepan's point here, there are data vendors in market that provide you with details of companies that use slack, along with other filters like company size, revenue, etc. You can source the data from one of them (remember to collect personal ids as well), create audience out of it on Fb, GDN, LI and run display ads on them.

I think it would be great to build awareness through Linkedin ads first. You could start by running lead gen ads on Linkedin on the right target audience - either by adding a custom list or by industry/designations etc.

@Melvin I'm happy to help. I had worked on 5 Slack app products 3 years ago. One of them has been featured in the App directory for over 3 years now
Google ads didn’t work for us till the time we were trying forms. We experienced some success with Google ads when we moved to “add to slack” CTA .
We stopped those cuz the cac was too high and we had little visibility of ltv and payback period.
Happy to share more in DM
