Simplest way without using any additional tools: Send them to a dedicated landing page - which may or may not be an exact duplicate of an existing page but it just has a unique URL that you can only get to through this flow. This way you know if the sign up came from this page it has to be through that ppc campaign

@Anuj Adhiya That’s an interesting take on this problem. One confusion I have- people discovering the Shopify app organically on the app store and installing the same will also proceed to the same landing page for the signup process? How do you differentiate the two acquisition segments?
