No direct way afaik, but here's what you can do:
• send people to a landing page, assign them a UUID for those who click to go to the chrome extension
• let people signup on chrome extension
• upon signup on chrome extension, trigger a thank you page event and track it using GTM/GAds
• you will have all people who clicked on the landing page and who completed the journey in chrome extension
run this for two weeks and figure out which campaigns are performing the best and pause the rest, then remove this LP step in between and directly send them to chrome extension page.
