Cold email and linkedin inmail worked really well and creating a followup whatsapp community did well to retain 75% people to the webinar .

Absolutely right what @Shashank Aggarwal says and in addition to that I even dial/write(on LinkedIn) to relevant audience (quality contacts),, to be there on the session. We leverage our past attendee data (who opted in for newsletter and other information). Short email works better for us.
