What do you envision the role will do in the first year? Step 1: Get onboarded, understand the industry to a fair extent, do an audit of the current content performance against objectives.
Step 2:
Derive the content plan for the year from the business objectives
Turn those into quarterly OKRs
Mentor/hire as necessary to hit those goals
Set up the processes/frameworks to hit scale at efficiency
What will the role be measured on? Performance and cultural guardianship.
Performance - activity level (# of blogs published against OKR), metrics level (full funnel - ICP and Intent traffic brought in, leads influenced, revenue influenced)
Cultural - based on feedback cycles with the manager on how well the person and their teams are measuring up to the established cultural values we want to uphold.
