Work closely with Product managers, Developers & Marketing /Customers to create intuitive, user-friendly product that accommodate customer needs and technical requirements from Engineering. We are looking for freethinkers who are able to discover, understand, and communicate the business requirements of our clients, the emotional desires of their customers, and the context in which these two come together. Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery wherever required. Maintain and document component library as per the design changes and feature requirements. Conduct user feedback sessions using a wide range of research methods : remote user interviews, surveys, usability testing, unmoderated research, etc. to achieve your objectives. Your research should consist of a mix of problem validation, foundational research, and strategic research projects. Be aware of latest UX/UI design patterns, frameworks, libraries and guidelines across web, iOS, Android, windows etc. Document every rational/arguments/processes behind design decisions and provide your developers a detailed documentation for design implementation.
