Especially in marketing, one thing that worked for Boat was basing incentives of marketing team on experiments they run instead of outcomes. (Risk Taking) Challenging status quo generally happens when there are examples in the public (someone questioning the founder in all hands) so it feels safe for employees to feel alright bringing up things challenging status quo in 1:1's and standups. Happy to hear what has worked for others.

Love the incentives being tied to learning - that's a really smart approach 🥃

Simpler version - (I need to do this better myself) We have a Slack channel called #wins we publish stuff there when we get any good client wins, onboard a new client, or anything at all that we want to celebrate. Encouraging publishing experiment wins/learnings in that channel could be a great idea.
