Glassdoor in the US comes close - not sure what the rest is world coverage is.

This feels like an extension of what glassdoor and fishbowl can offer... Can't think of a standalone tool

Best thing you can do is - filter out ex-employees on LinkedIn and speak with them first hand. You make connections + get first hand feedback of the company + you make an informed decision

A lot of interpersonal dynamics are at play here @Tej here for example: information asymmetry, adverse sample selection, etc. So tricky to scale it via tech
