Number of application will be too high. The screening and sorting will be tough as most applications will be irrelevant(from my personal experience). I did not had good experience.

+1 with Chintan. Our hr gave a similar feedback.

I used Hirect before and it has been a very bad experience. The same message keeps coming from all the applicants that they are a perfect fit and would love to chat. Upon looking at that message, the hiring manager has to request the resume from each applicant. Never going back to it.

My HR had a similar feedback. Not worth it!
