Hi folks - has anyone here moved out of Hubspot? The new pricing is just something else for a small company, plus any feature we want to use is behind an upgrade. Any alternatives you folks have found?

jokes aside, there are no good solutions that compete with HS man
if you want some thing that costs less - you would have to reduce expectations :)

just curios, whats bugging you?
k
Very helpful. Thank you!
n
unfortunately they are moving up-market and competing with SF, hence all these changes
k
a few things - their pricing plan - so they upgrade instantly, but downgrade based on contacts monthly; lots of features are behind an upgrade, that ideally shouldn't be; pricing (they are bumping us from $800 to 2500 per month); support

marketing hub?
k
yes

If you are heavy on marketing, Active Campaign is a decent choice. Sales and pipeline management is subpar but can’t complaint about marketing automation, workflows etc.
n
Surprised why no one said fresh sales

ICYMI: Freshworks has stopped selling both Marketing Automation and CRM.
n

freshmarketer they stopped
?
o
Ha ha ha apoligies! lazy at typing πŸ™‚ Insider news that they will no longer sell Freshmarketer by Freshworks, Freshsales CRM System they're migrating to new MAP themselves!
n
still then - its a fair option for MAP right?
interesting in a lot of CRM related discussions in differernt places, i heard SF, HS, Zoho and Pipedrive
There was some pie chat report re: share of CRMS and zoho was there but no freshsales
o
It all depends on needs and stage of investment stage you are in Pipedrive, Hubspot, SF are my takeaways

@Ketan Pandit checkout Day.ai if you're looking for sales. For marketing I'm with @Niranjan Bala there's nothing out there yet. Gap in the market for sure.
k
Thanks @Kabir Uppal!

Did you find anything interesting @Ketan Pandit

HS for marketing was turning out quite expensive for us. We switched to our own tool. We built Sortment, warehouse native ESP. We are using it for our marketing use cases. We piped all our data to our internal warehouse and use Sortment on top of it. If you too centralise data, maybe we can help you out.
