I need outbound tool suggestions: 1) I send cold emails for lead gen 2) Newsletter emails fortnightly What should I narrow down? Need warmup, dynamic ip, drag and drop editor (for newsletter) functions.

1. For cold emails, you will definitely need to warm up your domain. Depending on how many you want to send per day, you might want to buy multiple secondary domains (do not send cold emails from your primary domain). Try Instantly for the warmup. And for cold emails, SalesHandy, MailerLite work well. If you have access to Apollo, even better. 2. For newsletters, don't go for a separate tool. Use the one you pick for cold outreach (if the newsletters are to that same audience). Mostly, all email providers have drag and drop functionality now. 3. Do not forget to verify your DKIM and SPF records before doing all of this (for each domain/email address)

I'm asking about a tool that does this all

Instantly or Smartlead

Do they have drag and drop html builders? I send newsletters also

I don't think it's best suited for newsletters. You can explore a tool like Mailchimp or Hubspot for it. But I'm honestly not the best person to comment on that. There are tons of folks who run newsletters in the community, they are the best ones to comment. You can request @Sairam Krishnan for his insights, he runs a great newsletter.

Thanks, @Vikrant R Rao. So, @Umashankar Natarajan, we use Hubspot to send newsletters to our customers, and Smartlead to send same newsletters to our prospect list. @AD can give more details.

@Umashankar Natarajan Adding to Vikrant, most of the cold email tools don't support and also recommend drag & drop editors since to make sure the email delivery is high and is in the inbox.

How do you people manage to send newsletters? Now we are using Brevo for cold outreach and drag & drops function for the newsletter. I'm not a fan of Brevo and looking for a change. I need a platform to add multiple images in newsletter.

Zapmail you get warm up and then smart lead For newsletter, Zoho is good
