any lemlist users here? I am just starting off after a basic warm up. But in test emails its showing the spam/warning message on top of emails that says "show image". Looks like it is due to the tracking pixel in the email. I have no other image in the email. Any specific way to avoid the warning?

Are you a free user? Maybe it is attaching its logo somewhere.

paid plan. and yes it is adding a image for tracking 1 by 1 pixel. if i remove it i cant track opens it seems

Thats absurd. email firewalls assumes the whole body as an image and pixels. Why will that improve tracking?

You might need to turn off open rate tracking. That should reduce the chances of the mail going to spam.

yea finally did that @Abanish Vijay. It works to land in inbox and without the show images banner but damn 😄 what a compromise

@Tej @Abanish Vijay : crazy, guys help - i dont understand the point of an email automation tool if open rate tracking is turned off, whats the value? Can it still track clicks but not opens? Also i never knew sucj options existed. I will have to now go back to my tool (zoominfo engage) and furiously review every damn admin screen of it to know what you guys knew! Help.

@Sagnik IntelliServiceAI I think we just need to track the reply rate and the positive reply %. -Open rate just indicates the efficacy of the subject line. -Link clicks should be fine to track (just include one link max, anything more and it might go in to spam) Just use the bounce rate and reply rate as a proxy to understand deliverability. (anyway open rates are kind of inflated in the email sending tools) Also I am not much familiar with zoominfo engage, but the open rate tracking should be an issue there as well.
