Hi folks, I’m looking for an email tool for bulk emails (30-40k contacts per send) - these are cold non-opt-in contacts from a database provider. The only factor on my mind - good tracking of opens and clicks to whatever extent possible after the recent gmail open tracking updates. Would love to share the use-case in detail with anyone who has leads for the right tool over DM!

Hi @Anirhudh Sridharan. For cold emails, the following tools would work best Smartlead.AI Apollo Instantly.AI You can track open rate and click rates here. Deliverability is also good for the cold non opt in contact.

Smartlead should do the job, you'll have to connect multiple email addresses/domains and phase it out.

Got it @Jay Nanavati, I used Sendgrid but it doesn’t provide a report for opens/clicks from what I remember. Why would you suggest Sendgrid and how would you use it along with apollo or instantly?

You can integrate sendgrid with apollo, and that way you can get the reports. Not sure about instantly though, haven't tried
