Define 2-3 ICPs you’d like to go after (use apollo to try building segments on the ICPs you figured - make sure you don’t go too niche) Build a narrative - pain points + what solution you’re bringing on the table Write a 3-4 email drip using that narrative (you can google “cold outreach templates” - there are a couple decent ones to help you get started) Set this drip up on apollo, load up your segment - launch This is prolly the quickest way to know how market reacts to what you offer - keep optimising till the time you start getting positive replies / meetings out of it
