Need help regarding email cleaning/verification - I created a database through apollo and verified the same through a validation tool about 1 week back. The total deliverable emails i got were about 1000. I am starting the campaign tomorrow. I did a final check on the emails through the same tool and now tbe deliverable emails have dropped to 850 which is a huge drop. What can be the issue? p.s- I am using the tool https://emaillistvalidation.com/

Apollo has really bad database

@Ankit If you're using the same tool for validation, that would mean only one thing that as per their database, those emails are no longer valid. That could be because those emails are bouncing back or these people switched jobs or the company is down. What you can do is look at those 150 emails and see if there is a trend, eg same company, same country, same job profile to get you more insights.

Hi @Ankit Send campaign in a small batch first of say 200 emails. Use https://glockapps.com/ to check the spam deliverability. This will give you an idea if the emails are going to spam. inbox and more. Most of the outreach tools use third party API. Check out https://emailverifier.reoon.com/login/ and https://emailable.com/. These two are one of the best email verifiers.

@Ankit I think million verifier is the best tool out there for this.
