we tried contentsquare but never had a proper CRO team and resources to actually get the experiments running in a quick and scalable manner. Hence, could never really extract any ROI from it. But itβs quite an exhaustive tool that might take probably a month or two to setup properly
When you compare Convert to VWO, how easy is it for the team to use?

I have used both for A/B Tests and CRO for our website. I would say convert was easier and cheaper for my use case, because we just use it to test landing pages, but it was quite limiting, and I have not been able to solve attribution errors it gives.
