@gaurav verma you can use Hubspot email marketing to set sequence of invitation, reminders and post webinar emails You can use social media (Paid and organic) to promote the webinars, put it on website pop-up to increase visibility

1. LinkedIn Live sends notifications on its own 2. Retargeting Ads can be used 3. Co-marketing (with someone who sells to same ICP) a webinar can be used to get more registrations These channels can work in addition to email^

For two of our clients, simple outreach through emails(lemlist) has worked really well. You need warm the email id, I trust lemwarm. Increase the daily send limit (max 100) over 4-6 weeks. Buy multiple seats, at least one per geo. Depends more on your TAM. Keep all registrations from each webinar engaged through nurturing drips. Very important to grow month on month The key also is cracking what topics and what speakers will click with your TG Experiment with your messaging, and have multiple followup drips You donot want them to mark you as spam especially with the new policies, ask them to reply back with unsubscribe instead. I’ll be honest, it’s at a small scale. I am talking about generating 10-15 live attendees per webinar through outreach campaigns.

Hey Gaurav, I am currently working on grorapid.com/v2, and if you need any help, we can connect. I might also be able to help you get free 1-month access to the tool. As for responses, you can check this out for improving the deliverability rates.

What are you selling? Is the offer desirable to the audience you’re selling it to, as proven by previous organic success? Is it well-priced? (“Free” works; money-based promises work too.) Is your ‘ask’ (CTA) low-friction?

A) What @Ishan Manchanda said on infrastructure. If you are trying for cold registration get atleast 3-4 subdomains warmed and primed. You will have to keep monitoring the deliverability rate and blacklist check for the same. Secondly - Topic and speaker should be awesome to pull people in. If not go back to the drawing board and restart when you have the right assets. Thirdly - Give it time. 1/2/3 Webinars are not going to give you desired results. It’s going to take time and consistency for building up your audience which you can depend upon.
