One thing you can try out is syncing your calendar with Hubspot. I am imagining something similar to syncing your inbox. You may start an email thread with A. If the thread is logged, all your future emails are logged, and anyone they might CC in that chain, gets their contact populated.

@Raveesh Motlani I saw zapier, high chance that its a dead end, it's possible that it may work if they add the guests when they schedule

As for retrospectively, if you have the contacts in HS and calendar integrated, I think it might be able to pull in historical meeting data for those contacts.
