Can anyone recommend a good social media management platform? Currently we are using Hootsuite but it has the following challenges: • Cannot tag individuals when we post on Linkedin unless that person is already a follower • Hootsuite does not have social listening. ◦ identify influencers in our category (even from Linkedin) ◦ identify post/content based on our keywords/topics (even from Linkedin) ◦ identify brand mentions (even from Linkedin)
