Did conversion happen from any landing page? If yes, is there any UTM parameter for it ? Even if I take the justification you posted, this happening to 100% leads is very rare. Do you have MS Clarity? The screen recording feature will show you the journey across the pages and if you have UTM URL, its easy to check.

1. Yes the conversion happened from Landing page but is it possible to hit the conversion rate realistically (18 installs out of 40 clicks , they are reports which they shared 10 installs out of 10 clicks. yes we have post hog in place

there could be 12 signups on a day done by visitors attributed to twitter and 12 installs on the same day done by visitors attributed to twitter. This doesn't mean the 12 who installed all must have signed up on the same day. I have seen this mistake made before.

another insight is we could't see any traffic from twitter paid in posthog in last 30days

re: mixpanel not tracking signups via twitter - are you utm_ tracking your landing page urls appropriately.
is it tracking other sources?

ad platforms for what i know cant report funnel conversions.
for example signups. installs day 1 12 4 day 2. 12 12 (8 signed up on day2) + (4 signedup up day1) day 3. 12 12 (10 signed up on day3) + (2 signedup up day2) 8/12 conversion rate for day1 signups 10/12 signup conversion rate for day2 signups 10/12 signup conversion rate for day3 signups agency is reporting day 1 (33%) day 2 (100%) day 3 (100%)

at that point - everyone will go on and claim that tracking is not setup correctly
ga4 is a good enough tool for these scenarios
