Even if I take the justification you posted, this happening to 100% leads is very rare.
Do you have MS Clarity? The screen recording feature will show you the journey across the pages and if you have UTM URL, its easy to check.

11/06/2023, 4:47 PMthere could be 12 signups on a day done by visitors attributed to twitter and 12 installs on the same day done by visitors attributed to twitter. This doesn't mean the 12 who installed all must have signed up on the same day. I have seen this mistake made before.
