One of the best things you can do with your Salesforce/CRM (if it allows) is to use it's search engine for insights. SFDC has been great for me to get insights on specific topics. Just enter the keywords, and get tons of insights from call notes, sdr notes, opps notes, ae notes and so on. Any other interesting ways you use your CRM search?
