Mainly form submission on website , ad interaction, CTA clicks, Website Visit

Well I would create multiple reports for these based on timestamp. For example, 1. No of new form submissions this month with their original source by form names 2. How many contacts clicked on ads with their campaigns by stages 3. How many contacts are visiting website with their pages by stages 4. Same for CTA clicks.

Great, how do you understand the reconversion source of contacts? The latest source field is definitely helpful but it contains dynamic values.

Create a custom field and whenever latest source changes the first time, create a workflow to set that new custom field upon change. So, there will be 3 fields. 1. Original source 2. Second source 3. Latest source There are obviously nuances and complexities involved while setting up this field based on multiple sources but this is just an idea of how I did it.
