- is the form submitted by the same person twice or more?
-if that's the case you might want to tweak the conditions in the workflow
• if prospects submitting the forms are new contacts make sure in forms section you have the condition 'create a new contact' and 'mark as marketing contact' ON because if they are non-marketing contact the workflow/email will never get triggered
