Strange. Any console errors you see?

• In case you are checking this internally - - is the form submitted by the same person twice or more? -if that's the case you might want to tweak the conditions in the workflow • if prospects submitting the forms are new contacts make sure in forms section you have the condition 'create a new contact' and 'mark as marketing contact' ON because if they are non-marketing contact the workflow/email will never get triggered

Update: The same form where the submission wasn't recorded in the morning, worked just fine in the evening. Without any changes to the form or the website🤔
I have also created a support ticket with their team. Something seems off with Hubspot

That's a relief. what exactly to look for in the console? Any Javascript errors that might conflict with the HS javascript
