07/15/2023, 6:08 AMThat would be me who connected those 2 - basically I am the integration user. John is an user - lets say a sales person. I have added him to HubSpot as well as SFDC.
Chatting with HS support, I got the cause that it happens when John doesn't exist in HS and SFDC syncs a contact assigned to John to HS.
The solution they provided is that they can map it from their backend but it takes some time for that to happen.
