You will be responsible for writing and distributing inspiring content that educates about our product, engages our audience and converts HR decision-makers into company culture evangelists. As a “Product Marketing associate”, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our GTM strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success and engineering, to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Your proficiency in GPT functionalities will be instrumental in creating compelling product messaging and content to engage and educate our target audience. What you’d be bringing to the table - • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for our SaaS products, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success and engineering, to gather insights and translate technical product features into compelling value propositions and customer benefits. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage these insights to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies. • Create high-impact marketing collaterals, including sales presentations, product datasheets, product videos, case studies, and white papers, that effectively communicate the value of our SaaS products to target audiences. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media, to drive product awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Work closely with the sales team to enable them with effective sales tools, product training, and competitive insights to drive sales success and achieve revenue targets. • Monitor and analyze market and customer data, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders for continuous optimization of product marketing strategies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the SaaS market, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our product marketing efforts. What it will take - • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry. • Proven track record in creating effective marketing collaterals and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and product marketing principles. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging. • Solid analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze market data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
