Do you mean agencies who can help get folks to attend your event/webinars?
k
Yeah
s
@Paddy @Nivas Ravichandran @Ketan Pandit - help a fellow marketer?
s

Check with the lead generation agencies to do audience generation too.
Groundswell are more event management but they are open to trying it out.

@Sandeep John How is Ortus pricing?
k
Ortus is $15-20k per event. 12-14 ICP lead per round table
They have a slab based pricing for # of events
s
What's their focus audience?
k
I’m speaking to two agencies in the US right now. Let me see their abilities and come back @Kritika Swarup (100ms) don’t want to recommend before I’ve tried them

@Sid ortus? Mostly tech but they operate as a horizontal
s
Ahh cool!
s
The quality with Ortus is great but the pricing is very steep. Is there a budget range that you have in mind ? There are agencies that can help audience to register at 15-20 USD per lead but they won't guarantee live attendance.
k
@Shrey Kulshreshtha any that worked for you ROI wise?
a
This is what you can achieve with running ads on LinkedIn and Meta as well. And get some bonus impressions out of the activity.

k
We haven't seen ROI worthy turnout with running ads on LinkedIn and Meta.

+agree @Kritika Swarup (100ms) - I meant the same - it’s not RoI-worthy / that’s the reason why the high cost of Ortus - probably makes sense for potential high ACV/enterprise accounts only

Hi @Abhash - What is the approx cost per lead on linkedin for such campaigns?
a
same as you’ve mentioned, $15-20 CPL gets cheaper with broad/hype-y topics, but again not relevant leads
s
@Kritika Swarup (100ms) - there are associations ( industry or technology specific ) that you can consider partnering with for custom webinars. Typically the cost is much lower and you get a larger volume of leads as well though the quality will be lower.

^ +1 - for example, HR.com for that audience
s
@Abhash Yes if the CPL is 15-20 USD then makes a lot of sense to run those campaigns on linkedin for the bonus branding

Yeah industry association is working well for us as well for webinars. Trying to figure something with them for on-ground as well. Will update here as well, once we see results!
