@Sowndharrajan Radhakrishnan I would need some more clarification to help better. Information at what stage? At the prospecting research stage or at a qualification stage or at a customer success stage? If its prospecting stage, then a sales engagement platform plus a sync with the CRM will do the job. During the qualification stage you would be qualifying the prospect based on requirements, discovery conversations. Here there are multiple things like note taking bots, conversation intelligence products etc that come in play. What exactly are you looking at?

You can easily manage through a sales engagement platform and CRM (based on the team size). If the company is not too big then even a sales engagement platform does the job.

yeah but Its takes lot of time and multiple cilcks store the info In Sales engagement and CRM but i am asking about the save the info in two or three clicks and with integration SEP or CRM

You don't need multiple clicks. For example, if you're getting info from LinkedIn, you can add the info + prospect + add them to a sequence and get started with initiating a conversation all in ~2 clicks through the SEP. All of it will be synced to the CRM automatically as well.
