Best to have a look at the match types being used and limit to just exact match to improve the quality. (Scenario assuming non relevant kws are also triggered) For some niches, semrush and other tools don't have exact data too (that could be the other scenario)

All my keywords are on exact match in GAds, and the search volume data is from Google KW planner

Hi @Jayant Kaul check if you have additional networks on in the settings. It might be because of that. Just select Search Network there. If that’s not the case then check Google Trends data to get search volume for past few days and see if there is any significant increase in the searches.
