Totally agree, Building a knowledge hub for the marketing team has helped me. Basically, you find new topics, trends in the market and write about what you found on a blog/listened to a podcast interview or any other content piece…and add it to the hub. Everyone does this, I think the key to not being burnt out is not to work less but get inspired more Let me know what you think about this

Prioritise. At this stage, your boss ideally want you to focus on revenue generating tasks. Ask for clarity, focus on short terms wins and build for long term. 80% short term and 20% long term. You will always chase deadlines if you don't prioritise.

You are not alone. Most of the people in this group, if not all have felt/ dealt with this situation. what @Karthick Raajha has mentioned here is on point. The only way to solve this problem is the prioritise. But for a marketer and the supporting team it is easier said than done. In our org, we try to remind ourselves everyday, that there can only be one thing on priority. The moment we miss on it, we get into trouble. And need effort to come back to normal. Wish you luck. Happy to chat in case you need to talk more on this.

Prioritise is a good point. Simple to say, hard to practise though. And the factors determining the scale of priority is also not standard. So whether we can set some rules around it and will everyone play by the rule atleast say 70% of the time.

Prioritise yes. But for what? (For impact)
