Hey @Divyank Jain, first of all not everyone would be up for a managerial role but if you do see potential, a great way to get them into that path is to give them more responsibility and freedom. Paint a picture of the potential you see in them and show them why you believe they are meant for more. That will boost their confidence and they will be willing to take on more. You've got to help them feel like they are winning. When u show people that you believe in them and show them specifics, they start believing in themselves.
