I use Brand24 and Google News Alerts. Not sure if they have LinkedIn. We do LinkedIn search and scrape and sort by highest engagement, date, etc.

How's the brand 24 working out for you? Do they have good customer support?

I never required their support so far so I am unable to make a comment.
