my team still publishes one blog a day even when we use AI to write it. They need 8 hours to edit and publish. It’s brutal and they are going to get fired as I find a better automation.

people publishing 50 blogs per month/day/hour is the reason why google introduced AI overviews.

NEED HELP 🙏🏼 I worked only with startups so far in the last 4 years, and I lost my jobs twice due to layoffs. My situation forced me to end up with an unhappy job currently which is not aligned with my core values, and I am aware it’s not good for my growth on a longer term. On a personal front, I have been dealing with abusive marriage life for the past 4 years, and I am in a situation to not able to come out of it. My mental health has gone worse, and I struggle to function everyday. I’m losing control on everything in my life, and tbh I fear I’ll lose my SaaS marketing career. I need guidance on how to navigate through this tough situation, and things to do on my career front for the next 1-2 years.

Me and my team of two interns publish 30 blogs and create 100 LinkedIn posts a week which never see the light of the day. The Head of Marketing expects high quality product videos but audio and video sync is an issue. Plus he wants 7-8 videos in a day. He doesn't believe in BOFU blogs bringing conversations. Mass producing blogs for backlink authority for AIO feature. With such a workload, he doesn't reply on Slack or declines call and never calls back. I try to work on whatever little instructions I have. I don't even know what I am doing here. They are on a hiring spree and raising the round of funding.

@Nitin Balodi The backlink blogs get published. It's the LinkedIn posts that aren't published, none without specific feedback. I use Layerpath + ElevenLabs + Veed for videos.

@Nitin Balodi By backlink blogs, I mean guestposts on sites with high DA linking back to our site

Does anyone have link to the salary survey that S11S conducted 6-8 months ago? I can't find the link.

literally nobody gives a fuck about niranjan or anyone chronically online on this group. I get that you might get leads or other resources and advice and that is about it. none of us are thinking about any one here throughout our days because we are grown ups with an actual life going on outside our jobs. and if you're here 24/7 thrashing some dude who founded this group just cause he's replying to posts on the anon or other channels, chances are you might be the problem. maybe touch some grass and get a life, because y'all thrashing on niranjan doesn't seem to be having any.

Why are salaries so hidden in the Indian job space. You talk to me for 30 mins and then cant even disclose the salary range. Or even better - Your salary range it half of what i am expecting and even less than my current one (which i get to know in the next step). Just put the salary range in the JD is it that hard?

Can product marketers give me simple actionable steps to create product marketing content for LinkedIn and otherwise? I have worked in content all my life and am now taking this mantle. What are some brands that create great product marketing content? How do I work around a value proposition, messaging, pain points, and JBTDs? My question might be vague. But, how do I get started apart from improving my product knowledge?

If you were to identify companies that have 10K-50K B2B traffic from the US, what would be your prospecting strategy? Similarweb?

got stood up by this recruitment firm that keeps posting jobs on this channel. I was waiting on call for about 20-25 mins for someone to join. No prior notice or courtesy to respond to my email. The invite says -“marleting ” instead of marketing. This call was rescheduled once, you’d think an experienced professional would notice this basic detail.

I joined this early stage startup as a content marketing manager and the experience has been overwhelming. The team is asked to deliver 30 guest blogs a day. Ended up writing 90 guest blogs in 4 days. 100 LinkedIn posts in 1 week. No feedback except twice. Creating 7 product videos in a day. He doesn't believe BOFU blogs will help. I always thought about leaving and now the Head of Marketing is offering me a part time role for 1/3rd of the CTC. I only took up this because of the tough job market and cover my employment gap of 2 years due to health issues. Additionally, no job search when employed. Ignored several red flags. I want to quit but should the part time role just so my resume looks better. Has anyone been in such a situation before?

even those by founders. Reality is a big contrast to their “LinkedIn personality”. Can’t stand them, I just had a call with one.

had a similar experience with Meyrakhee(not sure if that's the correct spelling). i have responded to at least two of their job posts here and they never responded. their founder too had once posted on linkedin and I reached out almost immediately. Again, absolutely no response. Wasn't aware that it's their thing. Would advice others to stay away

@Sid with all due respect just want to add here I agree there shouldn’t be personal slander. But if they are selling what they don’t have /own, on a professional networking platform for all to see then they are also put themselves in a position to be held accountable. Whether it’s revv growth or meryakhee or others. It’s common courtesy. Plus it’s extremely important to share what your budget for the role is. But everyone is more focused on your last take away. Because when we apply for multiple jobs we put in effort to prep based on the role, block our time for the call and for this, research on the company/product - why because it’s expected. At times presentations are involved, so I am sure communication shouldn’t be that difficult. Lastly, this also feels like when a marketer is asked to create demand for an unfinished product /and or pipeline and no control over what goes on after all the while owning it.
