Hello folks! So, as someone who has been hunting for jobs for quite some time, one of the major hurdles I have faced is the package. I often feel the recruiters are taking advantage of the market fluctuations and starting to underquote PMM salaries in India. Seeing the trend, I even started underquoting my current CTC. I spoke to many PMMs, and a lot of them are grossly underpaid. So I took it upon myself to understand the market trends, educate fellow PMMs, and let the companies/recruiters know about the salary trend.
