Eventstream data is just the first step in understanding your customer and RudderStack has recently launched two new products which enables you to leverage eventstream data to create significant business impact - customer 360 (Profiles) and predictions (ML powered auto predictions). Recently, we discovered a bug in a rarely used feature, “region”, of the Clevertap web-device mode integration. When a customer configures a value other than the default value

none

for the

region

field in the Clevertap web device mode destination configuration page, the Clevertap native SDK doesn’t load, and no events were found to be sent. This bug will be fixed after the current code-freeze.
