Hi @nutritious-piano-18876 I'm Thi Duong from TMA, I'm under Trevor's team in Hellomonday. The story is Grainne Bhreathnach (not sure you know her or not) has left team recently and she owned the Rudderstack's workspace for JA/HM team. Now I need to remove her from Rudderstack's resources, so I need change the owner so that I can remove her in Users setting. Also I want to rename the workspace from hudson-grainne.bhreathnach to hudson-jaappadmin-nonprod to make it more sense. All these stuff can only be done by Rudderstack support team. The question is all our Rudderstack accounts are also under same pricing plan (Hudson), is that correct?

To your question @orange-tiger-4355, only one workspace is usually upgraded to the Professional tier. All others are on the free tier, which has a lot of restrictions. Limited number of transformations, no alerts, no Grafana observability, no support, and latency. I was wondering why are y’all testing on the free tier and not the paid workspace that gives you all the above features.
