Eg:-• You can ask the bot anything and formulate it anyway you’d like but remember that as an AI bot it performs better on questions that are phrased as “how to” questions or questions where you need a concept explained. • Try providing the bot with relevant context if you have an issue and be aware of the limitations with an AI - it can’t fix stuff for you but it can maybe guide you to how you can fix it yourself. • Furthermore, the bot is only able to answer questions related to the related knowledge sources and in case there is something it can’t answer it will say “I don’t know”. • Use the references that the bot provides - even if it is not able to answer your questions directly it always links to the most relevant sources that might help you resolve your problem • Be mindful of PII. Delete any PII fields before posting a message to the bot. • To help us improve the bot function, kindly upvote and downvote the replies that you see from the bot. • The bot responds with the below message sometimes, you can try tagging the bot again and it should work. We will be monitoring the channel to see the number of times this message appears.
