We have a system when you call, our agent says 'Welcome to COMPANY_NAME, please press 1 for X, press 2 for Y or press 3 for Z'. It would be nice if that voice was different to the agent's voice because it gives the impression options and the agent you speak to are AI if you get me? It would just be nice to be able to say 'This node will use this voice' .

I get what you mean. I can help with this the issue is that the IVR/greeting is currently inheriting the same voice as the main agent. We can configure the greeting node to use a separate voice from the agent. Are you using Vapi, Retell, or another platform for the call flow?

Its no worries. The only other way I think you could do it via a Subagent? We use Retell with Twilio numbers. IIRC, you can set voices in subagents or maybe, if you can set the voice for a subflow, you could just use a subflow
