We’d like to request a feature that allows the agent to automatically deliver a closing spiel after 15 seconds of voice inactivity and then end the call immediately after the closing spiel is completed. Currently, after the closing spiel is triggered due to inactivity, we have to wait for an additional 20 seconds before the call automatically ends. Desired behavior: 15 seconds of voice inactivity → Agent delivers closing spiel → Call ends immediately after the closing spiel This would help avoid the additional waiting period and allow calls with inactive callers to end more naturally and efficiently.
