I just saw, you have Contacts which is just all the information about a phonenumber (name, number email, dnc etc), it would be really nice to have an api endpoint (api/v1/contacts/{contact_id} GET, POST AND PATCH). Then we could set the dnc and other attributes like the name via API

This would be pretty easy to implement as the Contact looks super simple and its just a way to store all the information about the user from a call/chat
