Currently with all the new features Retell is pushing out. The agents behaviour can change as unintentional side effect. We have started getting this transition.

This has caused our conversation flows to be worse, as they are not carrying out the same flow. This seems to be a new transition update which would be great if we could manually onboard or be alerted to the new versions and then correct any behaviour changes, when we manually upgrade
