Use case: We run a German-language real estate voice agent that captures email addresses by having callers spell them out letter by letter. The current GPT Realtime model auto-corrects spelled names to common German spellings during function calls (e.g. “Gehrike” becomes “Gehricke” — changing k to ck). OpenAI’s gpt-realtime-1.5 claims +10.23% alphanumeric transcription accuracy and +7% instruction following, which would directly address this. We need this model available in Retell to go live with our client.
