This is urgent. We have a critical issue affecting 1000 clients. When the pre-call data computation times out, the default dynamic variable (“compute”) is NOT applied. Instead of falling back to the default dynamic prompt, the agent starts generating completely incorrect and irrelevant responses. The agent is essentially saying random things because the default dynamic variables are not being computed or enforced after the timeout. This is a production issue with major client impact. We need immediate assistance to understand why the fallback to the default dynamic prompt (“compute”) is not working.
