I am passing dynamic variables as i have always have been the past year and suddenly none of my agents across clients are picking up on the dynamic variables. For example Hello {{name}}? It is just saying Hello? Please advise as this is urgent. Was the way dynamic variables are read changed?

Update it is for 2 agents at the moment. It was working a few days ago i didnt change anything now suddenly not working

I checked the call , and the agent have access to the variable , its just the prompting is a bit confusing for the agent , 
what you can do , if the first message is always hello {{name}} , then make it static sentence instead of prompt.
