Agent made up a warm transfer

02/20/2026, 4:14 PMI have an agent (agent_45274f8288993063d3aabc0f3c) that during call (call_90d484049cce730b96eb57c884b) did a warm transfer that failed. However, this agent has no nodes with warms transfers in its flow. Was wondering how this could have happened

When you published, you neither assigned the phone number nor reassigned version 6 again.
You needs to make sure you are using the correct version
