We are getting a lot of clients complaining about not being able to reach the agents, we did some tests by ourselves and a lot of calls rings but not get picked up or it hangup before starts, most of them show as normal pickup on retell dashboard, also its being impossible to get enterprise plan, we spent 7k usd on the last month in retell and still get ignored after filling the enterprise form, considering to churn

I will need to evaluate, I was testing during morning and got those, would be helpful to understand what happenned on those earlier calls, since is hard to tell the ones with issue once retell shows as a normal call on the dashboard
