Facing transcription and voice parsing issues

02/17/2026, 1:12 PMTranscription and voice parsing issues seem to have increased in past few weeks. Anything that has changed? And is there a way to control it. Seeing below kind of issues
1. Bot message being returned as user message in transcript
2. Not able to understand basic english common nouns like "sick leave"
3. Finding very hard to understand proper nouns like user names. Would boosted keywords help here?
